Who it suits. Someone who has run media in-house or agency side for consumer brands and wants to run it across a portfolio rather than a single label.

What it owns. The numbers everyone else decides on. Channel profitability, cohort and repeat behaviour, inventory and demand signals, and the reporting layer that makes them legible to people who are not analysts.

What we expect. SQL and spreadsheets to a high standard. Python or equivalent for anything repetitive. The instinct to interrogate a number before presenting it.

Who it suits. Someone who wants their analysis acted on the same week rather than filed.

What it owns. Content production across brand and social, from brief to publication, including how AI tooling is used in that pipeline without the output ever looking like it was.

What we expect. Editorial judgement first, tooling second. The ability to run a production calendar across several brands and hold a distinct voice in each.

Who it suits. Someone who can write, direct and ship, and who is opinionated about quality.

What it owns. The chief executive’s time, correspondence and travel, and the follow-through on everything agreed in a meeting.

What we expect. Absolute discretion. Written English and Portuguese. The confidence to say no on someone else’s behalf.

Who it suits. Someone who wants proximity to how decisions get made across a group of companies.
